The

Amore Wine & Beverage Series

has officially begun—and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

Beginning in 2026, we’ll be welcoming our guests into a year-long rhythm of intimate classes, thoughtfully paired dinners, tastings, and special experiences—all designed to celebrate great beverages, beautiful food, and the people behind them. These evenings will feature our own passionate team and sommelier alongside some of the most respected winemakers, brewers, and distillers in the world. This is education without pretense, hospitality without shortcuts, and moments meant to be lingered over.

We’re thrilled to open the series with a truly special evening: welcoming vigneron and owner Melissa Moholt-Siebert of Ancient Oak Cellars, one of our sommelier’s favorite producers. Join us Thursday, January 15th at 6:30 PM for a guided pairing dinner that brings the elegance of California’s Russian River Valley into conversation with the soulful, traditional Italian cuisine of Ristorante Amore.
